The Cry, by Adrian Snell, is a powerful and deeply moving musical production that weaves together a requiem with songs inspired by the words of child victims of warfare.
Premiered in St Paul’s Cathedral in 2008, this new production features young local performers including the Choir of Royal Holloway, University of London, musicians from Berkshire Maestros and a children’s choir drawn from local schools.
This is a benefit performance in aid of Beyond Conflict, a new mental health charity for conflict zones, and the Parish Church Organ Appeal.
