Maidenhead Music Society present Barefoot Opera Company’s production of Puccini’s La Boheme, an opera where youth, joie de vivre and passion are depicted struggling against the hard, dark city.
One of the world’s greatest and most loved operas, this touchingly young cast offer up a fresh and musically vibrant take on a great classic. Directed by Jenny Miller, with the signature gypsy style band led by Lesley Anne Sammons, Royal College graduate Lucy Ashton will sing the role of Mimi alongside outstanding young tenor Andrew McGowan as her poet lover Rodolfo.
