Universally hailed as one of the world’s finest musicians, and often referred to as the greatest living string player in the world today, Grammy award winner Maxim Vengerov enjoys international acclaim as one of the most in demand soloists in all of classical music.

In the last few seasons Maxim Vengerov has performed as a soloist with many major orchestras including the Berlin Philharmonic, London Symphony Orchestra and New York Philharmonic, but this special evening offers a rare opportunity to experience his playing in recital, accompanied by world renowned pianist Marios Papadopoulos, founder and Music Director of Oxford                                                                              Philomusica.
